This policy explains which data we process, why we use it and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Data controller

2. Data we process
- Partner applications: identity, contact details, city and country, project answers, acknowledgement records, optional choices, security data and application status, including hashed IP address, browser and device information.
- Admin and partner workspaces: professional identity, email, role, organisation, page content and logs required for security and audit.
- Audience measurement: only with your consent, pages viewed, interaction events and general technical information. Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled. Form contents are never sent to analytics.
- Direct communications: content and metadata of emails you send us.
- Network map: IP address and technical information needed to load map tiles.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Review applications and prepare a possible partnership: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest in developing the network.
- Manage accounts, locations and partner relationships: contract performance and legitimate interest.
- Secure the service, prevent abuse and maintain an audit trail: legitimate interest and legal obligations.
- Respond to enquiries: pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest, depending on the enquiry.
- Measure the audience: your consent, which can be withdrawn through “Manage cookies”.
4. Recipients and providers
Data is available only to authorised My Pretty Family personnel within their duties. It is never sold or rented.
We use the following technical services: Netlify (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), Cloudinary (media), Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot protection), CARTO (map backgrounds) and, only after consent, Google Analytics (audience measurement).
5. Retention
- Unsuccessful applications: 12 months after submission, unless erased earlier on request or otherwise required by law.
- Successful applications: throughout the partner relationship, then up to 3 years for relationship follow-up, subject to applicable legal retention periods.
- Partner accounts and content: throughout the relationship, then as required for closure, evidence and legal obligations.
- Cookie choices: 6 months. Analytics data: according to the service retention settings within applicable limits.
- Rights requests: as long as required to process the request and evidence the response.
- Temporary anti-abuse data: 7 days. Technical data attached to an application follows that application’s retention period.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Depending on the provider and country, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, with additional safeguards where required.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent without retrospective effect. French law also allows you to give instructions about what should happen to your data after your death.
Email contact@myprettyfamily.com with your request. Proof of identity will be requested only where there is reasonable doubt. We normally respond within one month; this may be extended by two months for a complex request after informing you. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority or the French CNIL.
8. Security and updates
We apply appropriate organisational and technical measures, including access control, role separation, database security rules, anti-bot protection and logging of sensitive actions. This policy may change; its update date appears at the top of the page.
